Enjoy the warmth at our sauna area
One thing’s for sure: The pleasant warmth at Gold Spa won’t leave you cold. Hang up your bathrobe and explore the five different saunas. The sauna area is nude-only and open daily from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. for guests aged 16 and above.
Black Scorpion sauna
Find your limits and push them! At the Black Scorpion sauna, there is no hourglass – only your gut feeling. This sauna relaxes your muscles, boosts your metabolism, strengthens your cardiovascular and immune systems, improves blood vessel elasticity and enhances your performance. After visiting the Black Scorpion sauna, we recommend resting for at least 30 to 40 minutes.

Finnish sauna
The Finnish sauna stands for physical and mental purification. It helps to relax your muscles, boost your metabolism, strengthen the cardiovascular and immune systems, improve blood vessel elasticity and enhance your overall performance.
After visiting the Finnish sauna, we recommend a refreshing walk through the Kneipp pool in our tepidarium to get your circulation going again.

Organic sauna
The colour and light-intensive version of the Finnish sauna. Due to its lower temperature, the organic sauna is a good alternative for guests who are sensitive to heat. It relaxes your muscles, boosts your metabolism, strengthens the cardiovascular and immune systems, improves blood vessel elasticity and enhances your performance. After visiting the organic sauna, we recommend going outside for fresh air, as your skin will be particularly receptive to oxygen.
- Temperature: 50–60 °C
- Humidity: 20–50 %
- Recommended duration: 3–15 min
Infrared sauna
This type of sauna measures your skin temperature from a distance, preventing your skin from overheating and warming your body in a particularly gentle manner. The infrared sauna promotes deep relaxation of the vegetative nervous system, cleanses the body from the inside and gently dilates the bronchial tubes. Coloured light effects: red = stimulating, blue = calming, yellow = energising, green = relaxing.
- Temperature: 50–60 °C
- Humidity: 20–50 %
- Recommended duration: 3–15 min
Non-nude sauna and children’s area
Visiting the Finnish sauna or infrared sauna is a soothing experience for guests of all ages. Just like for the grown-ups, sauna visits can be beneficial to the health of children as well. They help to boost the immune system, improve metabolism and free the airways. Sauna visits can even help the little ones to “sweat out“ pathogens and kill germs.
