Gentle, radiating heat envelopes you from all sides, relaxing you from the inside out. It boosts your immune system and is gentle on your circulation. The tepidarium is a combination of a relaxation room and a sauna with a temperature range similar to your body’s core temperature. This improves blood circulation in the vessels and detoxifies and purifies the body.
Top off the experience
From the sauna area, you have direct access to Vorarlberg’s only tepidarium. After visiting the tepidarium, we recommend visiting our plunge pool or our Kneipp foot therapy pool and listening to relaxing music.
