Rooms are available for check-in from 3:00 p.m. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Schedule an appointment for the treatment of your choice at our Gold Spa reception by calling 615 or the hotel reception at 611. Additional information is provided online.

You can see the season times of the Silvretta Montafon region online. We are happy to issue ski passes for you directly at reception and charge them to your room. For information on the day’s last ascent and descent, please consult the noticeboards at the local cable car stations. For further information, please visit silvretta-montafon.at.

Dogs are welcome at our hotel. However, there is a fee of € 18 per pet per day. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and spa area. Our housekeeping will be happy to clean your room, provided the green card is on the door and there are no dogs in the room. 

If you put this sign on your door, our housekeeping team will not disturb you. Please let us know if you would like your room cleaned at a later time. Late room cleaning is possible until 14.30, otherwise the room will be cleaned the next day.

For your own safety, Christmas trees with candles, gifts with candles, sparklers and star sprinklers are not allowed in the rooms. Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel and is secured by a state-of-the-art automatic fire alarm system. In the event of a fire, sirens will prompt you to quickly leave the hotel and proceed to the assembly point in front of the hotel.

During the day, we recommend the Gold Rausch Bar for speciality coffees, teas, cakes and various dishes from our snack menu. In the evening, sophisticated cocktails and cosy seating areas are waiting for you.

Please use the hotel safe for your cash and valuables! The hotel does not assume liability for items not deposited there. You can operate the safe in your room using a code of your choice. Your valuables are insured up to a value of € 1,000.

The Crystal Pool is 14 metres long, 7 metres wide and open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The water temperature is 28°C, and the air temperature is 29°C.

Please deposit your towel at the designated drop-off points at the end of your visit!

Our Wi-Fi is available in all hotel areas free of charge. To get started on the internet, simply connect to the network with your browser, accept the terms of use – and go online!

Upon arrival, you will receive a key card at the reception, which provides access to the hotel entrance, underground garage, your room and the hotel’s ski and bike storage. Our in-house ski storage is available to you free of charge. You can optionally book the underground garage for € 15 per day.

Depending on availability, we are happy to offer you the option to stay in your room until 3:00 p.m. for an additional charge of € 50.

Please understand if a late check-out is not possible because the next guests are already waiting for their room.

Would you like to treat your clothes to a thorough cleaning and fresh scent? To use our laundry service, please contact reception! Charges are based on a time and material basis.

Are you longing for a soothing massage? Schedule an appointment with our Gold Spa reception by dialling 615 or the hotel reception at 611! You can find more detailed information on all available massages online.

Free parking is available behind the hotel. In addition, there is an underground garage (€ 15 per night) with nine EV charging stations (free of charge for hotel guests). Parking in the underground garage is free for Chalet guests, and there are additional charging points next to the chalet. We ask you to move your car away from the electric car parks after charging. 

Do you need to send something? You can drop off your mail at reception, and we will send it for you. On weekdays, mail is collected daily at the hotel.

Our reception team is available to assist you between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Timetables, hiking maps, price lists and cable car offers are available at reception.

We are happy to deliver food and drinks to your room on request and subject to availability. For this service, we charge an extra fee of € 5 per service. If breakfast or an entire menu is ordered directly to the room, there is an additional cost of € 10. Please dial 616 – our service staff is available to assist you!

Travel around Gaschurn in a slightly different way: If you want to explore the area with a Segway, please contact reception to receive all the necessary information. Cost: € 19 per hour.

Start your ski day all relaxed with our convenient ski depot, exclusively available for guests of our hotel. Storing your equipment at the ski depot paves the way for those perfect moments when the only things that matter are you, the mountain and the slope ahead. Upon request, we are happy to book a ski depot directly at the valley station of Versettla Bahn cable car for you for a fee of € 7.50 per day. Just ask our reception staff!

At the INTERSPORT rental shop at Alte Talstation, you can rent skiing and snowboarding equipment. As guests of our hotel, you will receive a 10 % discount on your rental equipment from INTERSPORT. 

We are a non-smoking hotel. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or outside the hotel, where ashtrays are provided for your convenience. All other areas are designated non-smoking zones.

The sauna area has direct access to the tepidarium. After your sauna session, we recommend an aromatherapy session, a visit to our plunge pool or Kneipp foot pool and some relaxing music. 

Rest assured that your car is safe from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. For € 15 per night, you can book a parking space behind the hotel or an underground parking space. In our underground garage, you can find two Tesla and five Moon charging stations for electric vehicles.

Our mixed sauna area comprises the Schwitzstoba sauna, an organic sauna with coloured light therapy, a fresh air area, a steam bath and a shower and changing room. The spa area is open daily from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. In case of unfavourable weather, the sauna area may open slightly earlier. Access to the sauna is only permitted for guests aged 16 and above.
