Delicious all round

The meat from the Montafon dairy calf guarantees excellent quality in addition to the consistent Montafon origin with short transport routes and species-appropriate husbandry. The secret lies in the feeding with fresh whole milk, which gives the meat an unmistakable aroma. The veal is digestible as well as rich in valuable vitamins and minerals, very tender and fine in taste.
